Tshwane University of Technology Tender

TUT invites qualified and experienced property developers to submit proposals for the financing, design and construction of Student Accommodation at the following centers where the University has Campuses: Nelspruit and Polokwane.

The facilities that need to be developed must be, if possible within walking distance from the Campuses involved. The potential developer will be required to handle their own investment as the University intends to enter into a rental agreement for the units. The facilities must be able to accommodate up to 500 students, but not less than 350. The concept development for the accommodation as well as the architectural design must be in line with requirements which will be made available during the compulsory information session. Such proposals must include a financial model which indicates the composition of the expected rental income for the developer.
