Tshwane University of Technology Tender

Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the upgrading of the existing Contact Centre system.
The TUT Contact Centre requires a new system that will be able to manage different contact types, such as telephone calls, emails and sms messages, and where all relevant detail of the caller can be viewed via a single easy to use interface. TUT has standardized on the Microsoft platform and the new system should be incorporated into the Microsoft SharePoint Server environment. Prospective service providers will be required to enter their porposals in line with the requirements that will be made available at the compulsory information session.

Closing date is 29 March 2011
